The Constitution is clear: only Congress has the power to declare war. I will restore that authority and end the dangerous era of unchecked executive military action.

The ongoing war in Iran — launched without Congressional approval — is the latest unconstitutional regime-change disaster. I stand with Rep. Thomas Massie in strongly opposing this conflict and will fight in the Senate to force an immediate vote, de-escalate, and bring American forces home.

I believe true peace abroad is one of the best ways to reduce mass migration at its source. 

At home, we must secure our border, remove taxpayer subsidies for immigrants, and protect the private property rights of Montanans.

The federal government spends hundreds of billions every year on corporate subsidies, tax breaks, and special favors.I will end corporate welfare. Government should never pick winners and losers in the marketplace.My Commitments:

• Let free markets reward innovation — not lobbyists

You deserve an economy where hard work and real competition determine success, not political connections.

Foreign governments are spending millions to buy influence in Congress at the expense of American taxpayers.   I will ban foreign lobbying and stop foreign money from dictating U.S. policy.

• Prohibit lobbying by foreign governments and their agents

• Restrict foreign influence in American political campaigns

• Put Montana and American interests first — always

You deserve a Senator who answers only to the people of Montana, not foreign powers.

For too long, the most powerful people in the world have been shielded from justice in the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking network.

I stand with Congressman Thomas Massie in demanding complete transparency and real accountability. Massie authored the Epstein Files Transparency Act and forced the release of millions of documents despite resistance from both parties.

My Commitments:

• Demand the full, unredacted release of every Epstein file — no protections for the powerful

• Introduce Senate legislation for maximum transparency and further disclosures

• Push for immediate investigations and prosecutions of all co-conspirators, with zero exceptions

• End the two-tiered justice system that protects elites

We must Convict Epstein’s Coconspirators. Transparency and justice are not optional — they are essential to draining the swamp and restoring trust in our government.  This fight is bigger than any one election. I will not back down.

The Second Amendment exists to protect our ability to defend ourselves, our families, and our communities — not just for hunting or sport.I will defend this fundamental right against any federal overreach. Montanans do not need Washington’s permission to exercise their constitutional rights.

• Block any restrictions that only affect responsible gun owners

• Protect the right to keep and bear arms without infringement

You deserve a Senator who will always stand with Montana’s strong Second Amendment tradition.

The federal government controls over 25 million acres in Montana. These lands should be managed by people who actually understand Montana — not distant bureaucrats in Washington. I will fight to return more control of federal lands to the state and local level.

• Support responsible timber, wildlife, and resource decisions by Montanans

• Reduce heavy-handed federal oversight

Montana is rich in natural resources. We should be producing energy and creating jobs, not importing it from other states or countries.  I will fight against excessive federal regulations that block responsible energy development.

• Keep energy decisions in Montana hands whenever possible

You deserve affordable energy and the economic benefits that come from developing Montana’s own resources.

The federal government has no constitutional authority over education. Yet Washington continues to impose one-size-fits-all standards and ideological agendas on our schools.

I will work to return full control of education to the states and local communities.

• Abolish or dramatically reduce the Department of Education

• Let parents and local communities decide what their children are taught

• Remove federal mandates and strings attached to funding

You deserve schools that answer to Montana parents — not Washington bureaucrats.

Montana’s ranchers and farmers are being strangled by excessive federal regulation and bureaucracy.

I will stand up for our agricultural producers so they can thrive without unnecessary interference from Washington.

• Pass legislation like the PRIME Act to allow direct sales to consumers

• Cut federal red tape that hurts small family operations

• Keep more profits in Montana instead of in the hands of regulators

You deserve strong support for Montana’s ranching and farming heritage.

Inflation is a hidden tax that hurts working Montanans the most by destroying the value of their hard-earned paychecks.

I will fight to restore fiscal responsibility in Washington and stop the reckless spending that causes inflation.
